Role Summary

Mostly remote position with weekly in-person meetings. Early-stage team member opportunity to lead and shape engineering direction.

Those passionate about drones, autonomous robots, or defense technology interested in meaningful projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Unmanned systems assembly experience (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, flight computing)
  • Strong background in autonomous systems, robotics, computer vision, sensors, pathing, networking
  • Research-oriented mindset
  • Capability mentoring junior engineers and managing projects
