IXEAN Meets Defense Sector Colleagues at the Manila Strategy Forum 2026

10 September 2026 – IXEAN Solutions Inc. is grateful to have attended the Manila Strategy Forum in Solaire Resort, Parañaque City.

The two-day forum brought together policymakers, experts, and members of the strategic community where key insights were shared on geopolitical shocks across the world, particularly in the Indo-Pacific region, as well as their implications for small and middle powers such as the Philippines.

IXEAN Defense Sector Consultant Bea Miguel, who attended the forum with her Diplomacy and International Affairs students from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, also had the opportunity to obtain the insights of Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. on the status of the Self-Reliant Defense Posture (SRDP) Revitalization Act.

The IXEAN team thanks their friends and colleagues at the Amador Research Services, who partnered with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Southeast Asia Program, for the invitation to attend the forum.
