With a strong foundation in software engineering and a forward-looking focus on AI and automation, Boaz plays a key role in shaping high-impact products and enabling efficient, cross-functional execution.

Before and alongside his work with IXEAN, Boaz built a diverse track record across software development, product architecture, and consulting. He has served in engineering and architecture leadership roles for organizations such as Mind You Mental Health Systems, Anteriore, and Themis Intelligence, where he contributed to the development of platforms spanning mental health systems, appointment and assessment tools, ERP and inventory solutions, fleet and logistics platforms, e-commerce systems, public-sector case management applications, and workflow automations. His breadth of experience across product types and industries reflects a rare ability to design systems that are both technically sound and operationally effective.

Boaz’s technical range includes modern full-stack frameworks, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security-conscious engineering, and API integrations, as well as emerging strengths in generative AI, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation, AI workflow orchestration, and local LLM deployment. Beyond hands-on engineering, he brings strong capabilities in mentoring, strategic planning, and project leadership, allowing him to guide teams while remaining deeply involved in architecture and product direction. Boaz earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a specialization in Business Analytics from the University of Santo Tomas.
